We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working and to dismantle another security light and install a complete replacement for it.

Will, who is part of W5 Electrical's team, carried out the work promptly and efficiently and advised us on how best to deal with the complete replacement which also involved some rewiring.

Will was polite and helpful, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He made no mess and took away the old lights and the packaging for the new lights.

We are very pleased with the work that Will carried out for us.

Great and friendly team. Had an earth fault which was sorted and needed a call out one day and they arrived in under 2hrs. I don’t bother calling any other electricians now.

Kieran and his team have been fantastic to work with on two recent jobs. They do the job promptly, and could fix something others said could not be done. They leave the area that they work in spotless, and the team are polite and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Kathleen

Have used W5 quite a few times now, and they always deliver a great service. They’re quick to respond to enquiries, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Jobs are always carried out to a high standard and they do a great job tidying up afterwards. Will continue to use them for any electrical work in the future. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Kieran for diagnosing and fixing a problem in our fuse box and sorting out some other sockets. Really appreciate that he could visit so quickly. Another great job from W5 Electrical.

I really didn’t want to end up using some big corporate company when I found these guys and it worked out great! A more personal experience with great communication. They replaced some incredibly outdated shop lights for us to nicer LEDs. They sourced the lights, did the work, showed up when they said… 10/10! Price was right. All around great experience.
